On one occasion, a burger we ordered was undercooked, and despite raising the issue, the follow-up was frustratingly slow. The restaurant prices were exorbitant, which didn't match the quality of the meals we received, leading to an overall disappointment in the dining experience.

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Residences Ocean View. The accommodation was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated with a modern Mexican flair. The vibe was incredibly relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool, where the staff were attentive and even remembered my favorite drink. Special mention goes to Mauricio and Manny, who really made our days extra fun! The restaurants nearby offered a great range of options, and walking on the beach every day was a highlight.

The location right on Medano Beach made it easy to access both the ocean and downtown Cabo. It felt like a hidden gem with a less crowded beach experience. Our two-bedroom condo had an amazing view, and the living area flowed nicely onto the balcony. I appreciated the cleanliness. the maids did a great job daily. The concierge staff was fantastic, assisting with everything from spa appointments to restaurant reservations. I enjoyed the pool area, especially the Scallop Ceviche by the pool, but found the pool service slow and drinks overlooked at times. The food at the restaurant didn’t meet my expectations. it felt average compared to other offerings in the area. Also, the high prices for food and drinks were a downside. I couldn't get my desired medium-rare burger on one occasion, and it took quite a bit of back-and-forth to resolve the charge on my bill. Overall, it's a great spot for swimming, paddling, and family activities, but improvements in dining would make it perfect.

24-Hour reception made late check-in easy. the gym looked great but we didn't use it.
